My favorite local dispensary!!! Been coming here since they first opened. The staff is amazing, and very friendly. I love them! Jacky is always so helpful and Jarim is the man! He always welcomes me with a big smile and has my order ready.

Jairo, the person who assisted me, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and I gained a lot of knowledge about my purchase. The customer service at this establishment is truly impressive, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Moreover, they offer a fantastic product. This dispensary is the only one I choose to engage with. I appreciate their excellent work and hope they continue to maintain it.

First of all, the person that helped me, Kat, was one of the most helpful people in general that I’ve ever dealt with. She helped me modify my order in a couple of different ways, which took some time, but she stayed patient and kind throughout. 5 Stars for her! I did knock a star off the overall review because of how hard I had to push to get one of the promotions listed on the website honored, but we got there in the end so that’s all that really matters. It’s my second time coming to this dispensary, and I plan to come back again. Very solid prices and friendly people in general.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Erik the other day who was extremely patient with me when I was having payment technical difficulties. He assured me it was no problem and waited with me until I figure everything out. I highly recommend RISE in Chelsea. All the staff are welcoming and I enjoy coming in every time.

Always a pleasant experience at this dispensary. Kat among others at the counter always are ready to help & make the transactions smooth & efficient. Went yesterday & Kat is the sweetest, was patient & took her time to show me the products, explained how they work, & I picked the best choices for what I wanted! Thank you so much!!100% would recommend this place. Clean, plenty parking, Quick &kind people. 10/10😁

Best place I have found in the area. So good that I drive here vs. going to the one that is 2 blocks from home. Super friendly staff, clean modern store. Online orders, great prices, big selection, good parking. I mean, what else do you look for?
